On September 11th at 10 o'clock a.m., the first flight from Yibin to Qingdao took off punctually with the attendance rate of approximately 90%. This is another direct flight after the opening of direct flight to Xiamen, increasing the total number of direct access cities of Yibin into 14.

　　There is a route flight every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday with the departure time from Yibin at 10:00 a.m. and arrival time at 12:15 p.m. Head of Marketing Department of Management Office of Civil Aviation of Yibin indicated that the direct arrival was a significant advantage of Yibin-Qingdao route. Therefore, before the opening of Yibin-Qingdao flight route, if people from Yibin travel to Qingdao or people from Qingdao want to visit Yibin, they have to transit via Chengdu or Chongqing.
