At 13:50 on December 24th, as the landinf of KL892 from Amsterdam to Chengdu, Henry of French became the No. 4 million entry-exit passenger in 2015 of Chengdu Immigration Inspection Station, marking that for the first time the inbound and outbound annual passengers have been over 4 million of Chengdu Aviation Port. Chengdu ranks No. 4 in airport of China next only to Beijing, Shanghai and Guanghzou.

     Chengdu has opened 6 international and regional direct passenger flights in 2015, becoming the priority of passengers in Western China to Africa and Europe. Currently, Chengdu Airport has 85 international and regional flights. Since 2015, the entry-exit passengers of Chengdu have increased 28% and 67% compared with that of 2014 and 2013.

     Faced with the development momentum of “large flow and rapid customs clearance”, Chengdu Immigration Inspection Station has concentrated on improve the efficiency of passenger clearance. Chengdu Airport has initiated 4 inbound passenger auto-clearance system and constructed the automated customs entrance guard identification system in the limited region of the airport. It is accumulated that among the 4 million entry-exit passengers, there are 312 passengers enjoying 72 Hours Visa Free Policy. Since its initiation in October, there are 33,397 passengers from automated customs entrance guard identification system.
